1. goto the download section and download IRCPlus 1.5 Crack (comes with both needed files.(Will say it didnt work))
2. goto the download section and download mIRC 621 .

3. INSTALL BOTH PROGRAMS
4. goto and create a Host redirect its free.
example sub7.no-ip.biz .. they also have others to choose from .
5. goto and click on DOWNLOADS to download your No-IP DUC (No-IP DUC (Dynamic DNS Update Client)). this is the tool that updates your ip address.
6. OK now run IRCPlus press the configure button . Now click on general settings Now.. next to servername put in your server that you created at.. Example sub7.no-ip.biz ok now close the program and run it back up.
7. Now Run these 3 programs mIRC,Dynamic DNS Update Client and IRCPlus
8. Now update your ip address on the Dynamic DNS Update Client check the box next to your server name .
9. Now goto mIRC .. look up at the top left . Click "File" then click "select server"
look to the right and Click "ADD" next to Discription put in whatever u want.
Next to IRC server put in your server name that you created at no-ip.com
Now click "select" Now click Connect to server. NOW you should be connected to your server.
10. NOTE. sometimes when you use mIRC your old ip address stay's ..I sometimes change .biz to .big then try to connect then change it back.
11. Open sub7 look to the top right you will see "ip" click that next to host name put your server name from no-ip.com now click resolve host name ..this will display your ip .. make sure it is the same ip that is on your Dynamic DNS Update Client .
12. YOU SHOULD NOW TO ABLE TO CONNECT TO YOUR SERVER, IF NOT POST YOUR QUESTION.
